The event is a closed trade exhibition. Only bona fide distributors and resellers of business gifts, promotional merchandise and printwear may attend.

Suppliers, manufacturers and their affiliates and all service providers must exhibit to be able to attend.

Selling activities by visitors

Any solicitation on the show premises is strictly prohibited. Solicitation or canvassing of any visitors or exhibitors by representatives of any organisation or person not exhibiting will be deemed to be in breach of event terms & conditions. Any persons engaging in such activities will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Please note that due to health and safety regulations children under 16 will not be allowed into the show.

Filming and photography are not allowed anywhere at the show without the prior written approval of the organisers.

Promotional Showcase organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or to insist that any visitor leaves the show for any reason.
